Runner’s Massage
Enhance your training regime and reach your time and distance goals.
The therapist will massage, manipulate, stretch muscles, relieve tension, and reduce pain, thus preventing injury. Specifically designed to address the common aches and pains suffered by runners and to improve performance. This massage will address shin splints and target tightness in the calf, soleus, hamstrings, quads, glutes, lower back and hips. The session will conclude with customised stretching techniques and the application of a soothing athletic gel on any painful area

Helps to keep you at your maximum fitness, peak performance and injury-free for rehearsals and competitions. Targeting tightness in the calf, soleus, hamstrings, quads, glutes, hips, lower and upper back.

An introductory consultation, clinically focused postural assessment, range of movements and tests to determine and diagnose the injury. Focused remedial massage is suitable for those new to sports massage or seeking therapy to aid injury recovery. Includes a set of tailored recommendations and exercises for home treatment.
Taping and Strapping will be provided for psychological sports performance, injury support, acute injury management and postural correction with muscle imbalance.
Nutritional Advice will be provided for your sporting activity so helping you and your body with the correct nutritional support while understanding the demands of calorie intake and types of energy resources.

We provide a spa experience in the comfort of your hotel room with our mobile hotel massage service, which is the ideal solution for those visiting the city, for whatever reason.
Book a same day or in advance, in room massage to enhance you vacation, holiday or take a break from your business trip. If you are in the region for a sports competition or simply need some relaxing therapy after some sightseeing, we have a team of therapists who will arrive promptly, provide the treatment you desire tailored to your preferred pressure, including a combination of stretches, trigger pointing releasing those unwanted knots, leading to relaxation and a good night’s sleep.
With a wide variety of massage treatments, our fully qualified massage therapists will come fully prepared with all the equipment they might need to support your individual/couple’s treatment in the comfort of your hotel room
Please note:
Back, neck and shoulder massages are approximately 40 minutes. Full body massage is a 60-minute session which includes 50 minutes of hands-on service and 10 minutes of consultation for first-time clients. All add on treatments are 10 minutes but can be customised for more time.
All treatments are available in 40, 60, 75, 90 or 120 minutes.
Extra fee incurred if travelling outside designated areas.
A £5 surcharge applies after 7pm weekdays and all day on weekends.
